Point the camera at the QR code.
- Tap the box below and choose No menu? Tap the box once more. Only arrows? Tap › to find it.
- Point the camera at the card. When the text is highlighted, tap Insert.
- Tap Fill in the form.
- Open Google Lens: the Lens button in your camera, or in the Google app.
- Point at the card and tap Text, then Select all and Copy.
- Come back here and tap Paste, then Fill in the form.
The app sorts the text into company, name, position, email, phone and address, and you check everything before saving. No photo is stored.
Leads are stored only on this phone. Export often: clearing browser data or losing the phone loses anything not exported.
Events
New leads are attributed to the active event. Its name becomes the lead source in the CRM, e.g. "Dairy Show 2026".

Data on this phone
On iPhone, add this page to the Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) and open it from there. Safari can otherwise clear the site's data after 7 days without use.
